- Rejection due to factors outside the photo itself — such as expired travel documents, incorrect application forms, or processing fees.
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Cases where the uploaded selfie did not meet the minimum quality required for processing (e.g., extremely dark, blurry, or obstructed face), and we advised the customer to re-upload.
